Alias is a team game where you have to explain the words on the card to your teammates in other words without using the root of the word. It is also forbidden to use the versions (translations) of the given word in other languages during the explanation.
For each guessed word, the team gets 1 point. If you guess all the words on the card, a new card with new words is shown. If the explainer breaks the rules (eg uses a root), he can no longer see the next card. He can only explain the rest of the words on that card.
The game also features a "SINGLE WORD" mode where only one word is displayed on the card. There is an opportunity to skip that word and move on to the next word, but in this case the team is deducted 1 point for each missed word.
